Just follow the A1 highway (by car) to the south and you will get in Demir Kapija in a bit more than 1 hour. You can also use public transportation, such as bus or train from Skopje.

Take the road E75 going north to the Macedonian border (crossing point Evzonoi/Bogorodica) and then follow the A1 highway to get I Demir Kapija.
