My name is Dario and behind me I have 30 years of experience in alpinism, mountaineering and big wall climbing.

 

28 years ago, I came for the first time in the canyon of Demir Kapija and immediately got in love with this place. At that time there were only 13 alpine style routes, so as soon as I started climbing here it become clear to me that we MUST do something about this beautiful place. Today we have almost 400 different types of routes and I have established around 100 of those (sport climbing, multipitch, trad, and alpine routes)

 

For the last 25 years I’m working as a guide in different areas such as, rock climbing, hiking, trekking, free ride skiing, ski touring, and off-road driving all around my country, but also in almost all Balkan countries. Also have been alpinism instructor for the same amount of time in my alpine club, but also for a few years I have been the main instructor for alpinism in the Federation of Mountaineering Sports of Macedonia. Teaching other how to climb was always my big passion.

Mountain rescue instructor and rescuer for 24 years with 720 rescue missions behind my back. Helping people in need or helping them to learn new skills was always my biggest love.     

Most important thing that I want for my clients is for them to have endless fun but be safe at all times. No matter if you are a total beginner or advanced climber, I’m here for you and will do my best to give you the best time of your life.
